I have only participated in one of Bonnie Hunter’s Mystery quilt’s but have to say I found her directions very clear. When appropriate she demonstrated more than one way and if memory serves the people here occasionally gave another method or two. I learned so much and her “extra” triangle technique is something I use every time I quilt. I have a huge stack of extra half triangle squares to put together into something from fabric that might have been eventually thrown away.
That said I am in. Really happy with the colors this year so will stick close to her choices. Oddly they are close to the colors I had decided that I wanted to use no matter what the pattern called for. I definitely need to buy as my stash just isn’t that huge in those colors as I tend to use them the most!
