I strongly agree with those who said to be certain to have a local dealer near you. My Juki needed repairs and the closest dealer was 125 miles away. If a repair shop is not an authorized Juki dealer, Juki will not send parts to them. Although the my machine is great and the dealer I sent it to was fantastic, the shipping charges were exorbitant. Never again will I buy a machine without a dealer close by, no matter how much I love the machine.
