Or another thought, what does the back side of the gold fabric look like? It might be light enough but still be a workable color.

Decisions, decisions......I love digging through the stash, but now I have a question. I love that "inspirational" fabric and decided to change my colors just a bit. I would change the aqua to that gold, however Bonnie mentioned that the aqua should be lighter than the lightest blue. Do you think it would work to make the light blue my aqua and the gold my light blue?? Does that make sense?
