Wildyard, one of my daughter's has fybro and I have learned a lot since her diagnosis. From time to time be bobbing along just fine and wham, she can hardly walk to use the bathroom. Not fun. Medication has helped but a consistent application of wisdom, like not over doing anything and a better diet, plus loss of some weight has made a huge difference. Now she can return to some of her painting and other artistic endeavors. Keep laughing it is fine medicine and really quite inexpensive. You kept us smiling with your post.
