ISO make ahead Roast Spuds
Hi Ladies and Gents.
I usually make Make Ahead Mashed Spuds for Christmas, but this year I am serving Prime Rib and I was thinking of doing Roast Spuds. Do any of you have a good recipe for making them ahead of time? Or par cooking them ahead of time?
It is just the two of us, but I want to prep as much as possible ahead of time. Other than the spuds I am doing simple steamed veggies. Trifle for dessert, so that is made ahead of time too.
