Peel and cut potatoes to required size.
Boil in salted water for 5 minutes.
Drain and allow to cool and dry on a tea towel.
Open freeze on a tray then bag or place in a container.
When required preheat fat or oil in a cooking tray in a hot oven until oil is hot.
potatoes one at a time into oil and baste before putting in oven. A sprinkle of salt will help to make the potatoes crispy.
Cooking time about 30 - 45 mins.
