Had to go to the fabric store a couple of days ago. I am making three baby quilts and just could not come up with fabric combinations that look good together and are baby like enough to please me. Bought reproduction juvenile prints that will be "scappyfied" into quilts. Got two cuts large enough for backing and should be able to get 5 - 6 baby quilts from what I purchased. Just had a hard time designing and gifting baby boy quilts that are pinks and flowers and fluff. My new quilts will be good for boys or girls That makes gifting easier!.
On the other side of this conversation, I layered three quilts yesterday that had top, batting and back all from my stash. Today begins quilting and binding work. Photos when they are finished.
