Thanks for the info. I will get a photo and add it, but it seems that this machine is represented by the cover photo on the second manual you linked to.
this machine is designed to be mounted in a table, and it was also sold as a “portable” with a case from a Singer that accepted it similar to how a table would support it. Is there a source for a quality case? This one is in bad shape.
