Hi, I had looked at the manual and even went online for advice for this particular machine, I made sure the bobbin was put in the right way ect, tensions were in correct setting for fabric I was sewing, I am more towards that this could be a fault with the machine as I have literally tried everything! I don't really want to send it back as getting another sewing machine right now is gonna be a nightmare! that's why I thought I would ask on a forum in case I'm missing anything. I used my mums old beige singer sewing machine before she needed it back and I could use that fine. That's why I'm a little confused x
