It was really hard not to rip open the RR package yesterday, but today I'm going to finish putting together the block baggies for the Frolic UFO and clean up a bit first.
Knees that are not working well are a pain. Literally. My experience was to keep moving, just a little, even if it means setting a timer to remind you to get up and walk around the house just a little. But on the other hand exercising you ability to hold off on the RR project until getting some of the Frolic under control is to be commended. Hang in there and keep after your Frolic.
