Ditto!!!!!!!!!!!! I haven't started to exercise for 2 reasons first off my disability and second I was on a diet only once before in my life and lost 50 lbs. I did calories for about 3 months then I added exercise (pliates) to jump start my metabolism. I also don't like crash diets where you loss a lot very fast because just as fast as it comes off it goes back on. The healthy way to do it is to loss 1-2 lbs per week and it usually stays off. It takes longer but it is worth it in the end no yoyo diet. I was good since my last diet 10 years ago but in the last 8 months I ate crap so here I am. I don't plan to set any records or win any fat quarters I am here to have fun because that is what I need in my life right now and if I loose the weight I hope to while I am at it that is an added bonus. :-D :-D :-D
