If so you will need a motor cord block, which may or may not come with a foot controller.

The original needles are unique and no longer made. I worked on a machine that all the info said it took a unique needle, but I found needle tips when cleaning and decided to try a 15x1, which worked. I don't know if it had been retimed in its lifetime or it was originally made that way. Did it have a needle in it?
