You can also search on "commissioned quilts" and find a couple of sites. A lot of us piecers also look for long arm quilters to finish our projects for us, so "commissioned quilting" brings up a different set of results.
I'm really big on that quilting starts with just putting two pieces of fabric together. We might get better at that, or fancier than that, but basically, it's just putting little bits together and most of us can do that to some extent.
