Check page 129 of the manual. It says that the card must go in the machine in the correct direction. Machine has to be off.
Did you select the design source on the machine? machine, usb, or card? Is the design size and hoop size compatible with the machine?
Problem solved. Contacted company & rep sent me the pes format, so I'll download to usbs soon.... Will try to find a home for it.....
