I agree that the first one looks like the easiest, and it is really pretty. And thanks for the links, I've added most of these to my "some day" list! Disappearing Nine Patch is good, very easy, and fun to do. Another easy one is Wickedly Easy and Wicked Easy, they're both easy and pretty.
