RetT...have fun with those wonky or maverick stars. I started with 2 1/2" squares in a 9" block.
I am working on a quilt making a 16" block...because 16 doesn't play nice divided by 3, I am using 6" cut squares and will cut the blocks to 16 1/2" to use in my quilt...need 11 of these. Then need 9 to finish at 8"...again using a 3 1/2" cut square and then cut the blocks down to 8 1/2". I am hoping this will work. Using low volume fabrics for most of the background.
