Ha! Ha! Two of my absolute favorite foods help reduce cholesterol; salmon and avocado. I tended to avoid both until my Dr told me I could eat as much as I liked (sauces and add-on are a problem though) as the healthy benefits of lowering my cholesterol was well worth any extra calories!
Mine, too, if I can just avoid the chips that go with the avocado!
