halved Brussels sprouts
sweet potato & rutabagas sticks
onion chunks all shaken in a lidded plastic container with seasoning, olive oil and a bit of balsamic vinegar.
Spread out on a sheet pan lined with parchment paper. Bake for 20-25 minutes at 375.
If I have asparagus I add later since it needs shorter time
