I love Campbell's soups for cooking.
- sear chicken thighs 3 minutes each side, then add can of soup(no milk or water) and bake at 350 for 20 minutes. Cream of Asparagus, Celery, Mushroom, or poblano...
- pot roast also. Soup in crock pot, then seared roast and slow cook. Cream of mush (of course) or French onion, Golden mushroom; I even used Clam chowder once!
