Well, I guess there is some comfort knowing that I am not alone in this scam experience. My financial institution calls it by its real name and it is fraud. I fell for it for a little while but no money lost. Lots of time wasted doing clean up so these folks could not access any of my financial accounts. Had to pay to have my computer "cleaned" and "checked" to make sure they had not left behind any bugs that would allow them continued access. Done and done and a wiser person now.

The calls I got were from London. First Clue, Second clue was they asked me to lie about the purpose of a money transfer. Third clue was to not call my financial institution . Three clues and I was done. Asked them to call me back in an hour becasue I was busy. They called me back 10 times in less than 5 minutes but I did not answer. I was on my way to get help to protect my accounts. I can now join the scammed club.
