Should I Quilt this Pouch?
When making a small pouch like this would you quilt it first? It is made with foam on the outside pieces. The pouch is 9 inches X 6 inches finished. I have never used foam (Pellon fusible, one-sided foam) and am not sure if the material will lift from the foam or not. Thanks so much.
