I love cheese curds. Cheese curds are when the cheese forms curds and instead of pressing them in blocks ( removes moisture) , they are left unpressed. They have more moisture then block cheese and are a little chewier and sometimes squeak as you chew them.
That was my memory of cheese curds, squeaking!. Fun food.
I like the regular ones best but I know others like the deep fried ones. But, take care, both are like the old potato chip commercial, "You can't east just one!"
