Christmas gift quilt.part 2 done and I am cutting Part 3. This third section will take more than one day once I get to sewing the piees together. The pattern is a version of an old Bonnie Hunter free pattern "Jered Takes a Wife". It is an updated version of "Blackford's Beauty" which has Civil War history. I am using batiks of the violet, dark purple, turquoise and very light blue color way. I trust this photo, from Bonnie Hunter, makes it to the post.
Oh, good it worked. Now to try to get my own photos from my saved files to my postings.
