I have the Juki TL98E, it is very old. Just now having trouble with it. The thread cutter caused a big repair to the machine, damaged the hook. Repair guy not much help because he is a 'tech' not much of a repair. I still use it, just had to disconnect the thread cutter. I am getting more use and fun out if it now because I don't care what happens to it. I keep it oiled and clean and will continue to free motion quilt until it bites the dust.
