Pumpkin Bread ½ recipe
½ C. oil
1/3 C. water
1 can pumpkin
2 eggs
1 ½ C. sugar
1 ½ C. flour
½ t. baking powder
1 t. baking soda
½ t. salt
½ t. cloves
1 t. cinnamon
½ t. allspice
½ t. nutmeg
Mix wet ingredients in large bowl. Combine dry in another bowl, then mix together.
350° for 30 minutes. (muffin tops for 15 min)
To add 1 c. oatmeal, reduce flour to ¾ cup.
