I believe that's the Elna twin to the Janome 8200 QCP (Elna is no longer a manufacturer; Janome bought the brand name years ago). I'd suggest expanding your searches to include that model as well.
While there is a 1/4" foot and likely a specific stitch number that moves the needle and sets the stitch length, if you have or buy a machine don't assume you'll automatically get that scant 1/4". You might need to adjust the needle position further. Case in point, my Janome 7700 has a 1/4" AcuFeed foot with a suggested 5.6 or 5.7 needle position for the foot. I have to use 6.5 to get an accurate scant 1/4 inch.
