Glad you were able to get your machine to behave, Janice. Whenever I've had skipped stitches it was always some combination of thread size and needle size that needed to be tweaked. It's frustrating when the machinery won't do what it's supposed to.
Terri, be sure and tell your GD to have people leave 1/4" all the way around when they sign the blocks. Non quilters don't think about the seam allowance.
