For me it's fabric that ravels like mad everytime you go to press it, even though I've used starch to press it before cutting into the needed shapes. Hate the time it takes to snip all those little darn threads.
I also hate the fact that for me, I jump to a new quilt pattern before finishing the one I was working on. So many UFO's....so little time.
