I tried the pressure, fabric still will not move. Wawak rep answered promptly but there was no additional information about this foot. So odd there is nothing online about the use of it.. I found this:

Are you dropping your feed dogs when using this foot? I am having problems figuring out why it won't move. Is the bottom of the foot putting a lot of pressure on the stitch plate all the time? Are your feed dogs moving at all if they are up when the foot is not on?
