Pinto Beans
When we BBQ, we start a crock pot of pinto beans. So many ways, they are different every time. I like to season/flavor the liquid that they will soak up. Last time, I used chicken stock instead of water and really liked them.
Occasionally, DH likes to add cooked chorizo sausage to the beans.
