I agree, it is best to see preferred size with the infusion center. I found https://www.nilespiecemakers.com/cha...es-needed.html that uses 60x72 for cancer and infusion patients. I also found Chemo quilt size? which has some dimensions used and mentions some centers have preferences as to sizes and some don't.

As a side note - I have two pillows that I sleep on. One pillowcase is 100% cotton and the other is 100% polyester. Interestingly enough the 100% polyester one is warmer to the touch than the the 100% cotton one.
