I realize this is an old post but I just got a Turissa Ultramatic in the US. It was missing the power cord but the cord from an Elna Supermatic fits fine (there is a 3D printed option available too).
As for the bobbin case, the bobbin case is round and the one from my Phoenix 283 is almost exactly the same - and it fits. Not that the 283 is a common machine, but they are out there.
It takes L Style bobbins.
I am using google translate to help with understanding the Turissa German manual. The only issue I have is that I need to replace the drive pulley as it has a flat spot from sitting so long.
