We're trying to cut back on cholesterol laden foods, so this morning, we had avocado toast, with tomatoes and hot sauce, a couple of dried apricots, a handful of blueberries and a few pistachios, along with our morning coffee. It was so pleasant to eat fresh foods and not have to cook.
