Are you using the Ninja Creami? I bought the deluxe version last fall and have been having a grand time experimenting. I've learned that half and half cream works as well as whipping cream with less fat. My most successful sorbets have been mostly fruit (I'm partial to strawberry). I also love a pina colada sorbet which is made with a can of pineapple and a can of coconut milk. Ninja kitchen has a recipe for lemon sorbet that sounds divine but I haven't made it yet so can't comment.
