Default Q’nique

I bought a refurbished Q’nique 15pro about 2 years ago. No problems with it until recently when I stepped off my stack of fatigue mats (I am very short so I have a stack) and hit my ruler. My machine made a terrible knocking noise.

not the needle, needle plate, bobbin or foot were the problem. Checked the timing (they have great instructions) it was fine. I called Grace and they had me send them a video of the noise. Within a week they responded and had me send it in for a warranty repair. I got it back in less than 2 weeks. They paid freight both ways, gave it a cleaning and checked everything. It was the needle bar that they had to adjust. They also found an encoder that was failing and replaced it.

Now I would say that is customer service!!
