We have Cuisinart. I haven't tried sorbet, but I don't have a good recipe for that.
my basic recipe for 2 person ice cream is:
- 2 cups half-n-half
- 1/2 cup Splenda
- 1teaspoon vanilla
For flavored, add another teaspoon of ....almond, or another extract. I have also added 3 tablespoons of cocoa, and cinnamon!
I'll be watching for a sorbet recipe.
