Ya know...I was wondering the same thing. I'm going to try it. My ice cream machine is old and it really doesn't work that well. A food processor might stir it up enough to get rid of the ice crystals.
Mangos are on sale in my area, so I bought 7 or 8 of them. I really liked mixing the mangos with some fresh pineapple for a springtime sorbet.
