dh just looked at it and checked the motor. Everything is in good shape but the light and the wiring. The motor is strong. He had it zipping along! He can rewire it no problem. So I'm now online looking for a replacement light and a new case or table. Even with one of those I'm still coming out cheaper than any old machines I've seen locally! And this one was my Grannie's. Oh the hours she spent sewing on this old doll. Its a Singer 15 clone. I though it was a 99 clone but after more research today its a 15. Now to get me a 1/4" foot for it and a fm quilting foot.
