I have measured and marked leftover batting pieces in the past. It is a wonderful time saver and I don't have to open every piece when looking for the correct size. If i could just train myself to do it every time I have a leftover piece!!!
Yes, Yes, Yes! A good time saver! I don't do this all the time or with batting scraps, but when I put a piece of batting scrape aside to use for later that is at least big enough for a baby quilt, I will pin a post-it note with the measurement of that piece! Thanks for the reminder and sharing a good organizational method for our batting.
