I've never made it before, so finger's crossed. I can't let my dear son see me put the tofu in it. I'll have to be sneaky.
I'm also using the leftover broth from the other night to make a clear, mushroom soup to go with it. I have some criminis and a few shiitakes and I'm hopping that I can convince one of my guys to go out to the chanterelle patch to get some of those to add to the soup. It's raining pretty hard...I dunno.
I have a head of cabbage from the garden. Maybe I'll include a slaw.
