Exercise is the only way I know of to lower the triglycerides... My LDL and HDL are ok but Triglic...are off the chart! exercise exercise exercise is the only thing that affects them.... Yeah... that ugly word...exercise... Start walking....
And I absolutely hate exercise.
:oops: Like I said before, I need someone with a cattle prod to make me get on that treadmill each day. I did lose a pound this week though, so I will try again this week. Each day is a new day, right?
