I parted ways with Fabricland when it was brought to my attention that they were inflating prices and then magnanimously offering the fabrics for a "sale" price as long as I gave them more money by buying a membership. The only way to access the alleged sale was to buy a membership. I now support Canadian businesses that offer legitimate sales from time to time.

As for Hobby Lobby they wouldn't get my business no matter how good the quality of their fabric. I don't care for their business practices. I acknowledge my privilege in being able to eschew bargains for principle.
