I hate exercise also but it really does get better after you get going. I started just walking on the treadmill 15 mins every other day for a week then slowly increased the amount of time and the amount of days. When everyone says you can do it, YOU CAN DO IT. Every try tracking on a map how far you have walked? You would be amazed how fun it is. "Everyone makes mistakes - the only people who never fail are those who never even try."
