I did not know what these were myself untill about a week ago, in a quilting mag I got from my local library I saw a very clever use for mens ties, the fabrics chosen were beautiful. They seemed to be made to fit around the neck and hang down each side with a small pin cushion on one end and a place for scissors and tape etc on the other. I thought what a good idea and all recycled from a mans tie!!!
