I take one pill a day. What some people don't understand is that it is not just in our minds...our chemicals in our heads just get off sometimes. I am the happiest person in the world and love life. But without the little pill, bad things can go from a mole hill to a mountain and I dwell on it. Like if you aren't an alcoholic you don't understand. This was a good chat
