I always find quilt shops to visit on trips. And my husband, will go out of his way to visit them too, as he has gotten interested in picking out fabric also.
We have visited shops all the way from Maine to Ohio and all the way down the coast to Georgia. I haven't missed a state yet that I have been into a quilt shop.
Also in Texas, Lousiana.
Just have to let dh have his turn at tool shops along the way.
