Hi, Everyone. It's great to be part of such a huge international community of quilters.
DH and I went to the States in 2008, drove from Alaska right down to Key West. It was just fantastic. Couldn't believe the number and size of quilt shops on the way. Even sidetracked to Paducah. Collected fabric from everywhere, of course (it gets very heavy) and can't wait to go back.
I have been a quilter for about ten years (hand and machine) and now have the most enormous stash of fabrics - that are all treasures, of course.
