You find someone willing to pay at $750 to $1,000. If you are marketing to the right people, you could do it. You just have to keep the mind set that your quilt is worth that much, even if you wouldn’t pay that much for a quilt, there are plenty of people out there that would, it’s your job to find them if you want to sell it. Remember, as a quilter, we don’t look at a quilt and think “Wow that is priceless.” Instead we think “Wow, I could make that myself.” But to someone that does not quilt, a homemade, one of a kind, quilt is worth much more to them because they could never make it themselves.
