I forgot to mention that I had one eye done for reading and the other for long distance. I still wear $1.00 glasses for REALLY close up work. When I got on the motorcycle behind DH, it was weird, because they hadn't focused together. I could see out one side around him but I couldn't the other. LOL
Hang in there....nervewracking, but you'll never be sorry!
To be able to walk in the rain without losing your vision, to be able to get food out of the oven without glasses steaming up...and yes, seeing at night without fumbling for the glasses. ALL worth it!
