Hubby and I have been eating and drinking the aspargus over a year now. I put it in omelets too. The soup is great.
Cook aspargus tender,cool, add to blender then take fat free evaporated milk till it is soupy, white pepper1/8 tsp. 1-2tsp. butter. Heat....yum yum I can't make enough
